Meet The Founder
Rachna Patel developed her passion for Physical Therapy through her love of sport and desire to help people prevent and overcome injury. Taking a holistic approach to patient care and a special interest in running biomechanics, she wants to help her clients to be the best they can be.
Rachna received her Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. Since graduating and moving to the United States, she worked in both subacute care facilities and clinical settings. She also holds Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University.
As an experienced Physical Therapist, Rachna has up-to-date and peer-reviewed knowledge and understanding of evidence-based education/knowledge transfer processes, ergonomics, and risk management. She has provided injury and fall prevention training programs in senior citizen and spiritual gathering centers for many years, as well as ergonomics training programs.
Rachna also finds time to enjoy yoga, swimming, skiing, and cycling.
