I had right knee pain and was given 6 weeks of physical therapy. I started going to apex with Michael as my therapist. He really improved my knee pain and he always pushed me to get stronger and feel better. All of the staff and patients are so nice and it’s a lovely experience. My knee pain is so much better than it was before I started there.

I was suffering from severe sciatica pain due to herniated disc. The orthopedic had said a 25%chance of surgery and the pain management doctor said I would need at least 2-3 shots of epidural since my herniation was so bad. I worked with Dr Rachna Patel for 2 months and followed her instructions to the T and i am as good as I was before. She is amazing!!! She took time to understand and come up with a plan and worked with me patiently that in the end I didn’t even need to get the epidural. She is the best and I would recommend her to anyone suffering in a heartbeat. Also the staff is very helpful especially Jackie.

Dr. Patel is an amazing physical therapist. She is extremely knowledgeable and gave me the best advice on what I should and shouldn’t do regarding my pain. The staff is also incredible! Everyone is so professional and make you feel extremely comfortable. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs physical therapy. Thank you Dr. Patel and staff!

I love the service

Last year I injured my foot playing pickle ball. Went to see Ortho doctor and got multiple cortisone shots with no clear improvement. Then went to Dr. Rachna @ Apex, who took time and patiently did PT on the root muscle. Then she put me on her amazing AlterG machine to start running with 50% of my body weight and gradually increased weight as injured foot got better. At the end, i was cleared to run for normal jogging. That AlterG machine she has is a unique exercising machine, which helped me lot to get back on my feet.

Dr. Patel is a gifted physical therapist. She is so knowledge that she was able to isolate exactly what to do to help me rehabilitate from a complex array of injuries that caused a variety of serious pain and functional problems. Miraculous. A clue as to the lovely person she is, is that any staff member I ever interacted with was respectful, warm, patient and compassionate. This stems from the top. When one is ailing, this way of being taken care of is truly a balm.

I have more than 24 sessions for me and my mother since 2021 i go to them. Everyone starting from the receptionist Jackie and ending to Rachna the PT are amazing. Highly recommend them for any kind of PT.

Everyone has been very knowledgeable, professional and helpful throughout my recovery. My physical therapists (Rachna and Rajvir) were very thorough and took their time to answer my questions and relieve any apprehensions. I started PT here because of neck pain. I am active in the gym and when I spoke to Rachna about my gym routine, I was pleased because we were able to talk about progressive overload and my goals in the gym. She was upfront about my needing to take it easier in the gym and was able to help me set realistic and timely goals to get me back to my workout regimen. It has been a positive experience. They are also very accommodating- Jackie (front desk) always helps me out if I need to make a last minute appointment/move an existing appointment. I have already recommend this practice to a few of my family and friends who need physical therapy.
